10:49:23 AM Commissioner White We have a request by the applicant for a second variance that relates to Section 7.C.7. of our Subdivision Regulations regarding interior roads serving six or more lots that need to provide two means of access. The variance that has been requested relates to providing a cul-de-sac and so I will make a motion to approve the requested variance.

10:55:55 AM Commissioner Skinner I'll move to approve South Fork Phases V-VII Major Subdivision with staff-suggested conditions of which, because of the approval of the variance I think that eliminates a couple of the conditions. And I think the condition put in with, that the parks suggested is already in there, in your staff-suggested (conditions) so with all those conditions I would move to approve.
